This place is just horrible employees are clues less on prices or floor models no employee here can help you or even make an effort to help they wanted to sale me this hi hat stand for 135 mind this is used then I tell the guy so if used is 135 why this is new and is 119 couldn’t answer he looked so dumb then I tell him give me a new one supposedly he look for one and guess he came back 10 mins later oh yeah we don’t have it Just horrible customer service and even help management needs to pay attention to all the employees they seem to talk more in between them than actually helping customers just disappointed

Thank you to Brian and Kyle for the amazing service when I stopped in October 14th! I was feeling super down, and decided to go window shopping. I played acoustic as a kid/teen, and am in the market for an entry-level guitar. When I needed a pick, Kyle quickly produced one. Also, The location is extremely well-maintained, clean, and seems to have tons to choose from! I never have been to a Guitar Center this nice!

I called about selling some Dj gear. The guy told me it was 5060 percent. I go there the next day,with 2 cdj 900 nexus, and a Pioneer djm850 mixer. Then the guy told me, that I can get $450 for both cdjs,and $375 for the mixer. Then I was like how much is the Pioneer XZ, he was like $2800. I called 123dj,told them what Gautar Center told me,he was like we just got a hole shipment in,Ill sell you one for $2250. Plus he has my old gear,and hes gonna sell it,and ill get a percentage off of it. Plus I was looking at the headphones at GC, they wanted $360 for the X10, I paid $300 at 123DJ. GC sucks,Ill never buy a thing from them again. Abunch of idoits work there.

Shout out to Mike and Gabriel. I've been trying to figure out how to send audio from my computer to a speaker to jam along within a live setting. I've come to this guitar center for years growing up in the area. They've always had what I needed.

My wife has gone here twice about products for our children (both in high school band) and has been treated both times with condescending attitudes and general annoyance. Employees seemed disinterested in answering any questions.

Was just in the store - showed up well dressed, ready to drop some money on a guitar. Staff ignored me It doesn’t feel like they’ are customer focused. I would much prefer to shop at one of their other stores elsewhere.

I picked up a few items I really needed, and had excellent experience purchasing a much need snare stand and chime attachment. I ended up spending 45 mins in the store and loved every moment of it in the drum section.
